Self-hosting is free under AGPL-3.0; your shop provides the server and maintains backups and updates. Managed hosting is a paid service with a separate trial.
Free and open source
The Print Shop CRM is published as open source under the AGPL-3.0 license. The full source is on GitHub at github.com/ColeLundstrom/printshopcrm. You can download it, run it in your own shop commercially, and keep running it for free for as long as you like.
The version you self-host and the version we host use the same application code. Customers, estimates, proof approvals, production jobs, invoices, payments and pricing matrices can stay connected. The app supports CSV and JSON exports; see the repository for details.
It runs on Node and SQLite with no build step, and is tested in CI on Linux, macOS, Windows, and Docker.
Managed hosting and setup
The managed plan has published pricing and covers server operations. Installation, configuration and data migration can be scoped separately for your shop.
